Panasonic DMP-BD30 - Blu Ray Disc Player - Black Review
Now I have with me for the last three weeks, and I was very pleased with the whole picture and sound quality that makes you happy. The player controls a level above average to produce black, bright colors and sharp edges and offers a good level of depth to the film.
The player is connected to my TV 42 inch Panasonic HD-Ready can handle 1080p images, but is scaled to fit its native 720 screen. Even with the scale, the image is still strong and clear, and noIf you think that is a HD Ready TV is not good enough for Blue Ray, will not be disappointed with this player.
With regard to the sound, I have an old AMP which currently does not decode true HD sound through HDMI. To improve the sound quality, I'm for the amplifier is on the 5.1 channel out put on the back of the player. I used three six standard AV cables, red and white connections and the amount of PCM player in the Sound menu. Thisfind allows access to PCM uncompressed sound and other HD audio on Blu Ray.
I can confirm that having played, Hell Boy, through the use of optical bit stream, and compared it with the 5.1 channel sound is truly remarkable. I recommend anyone Amp is a 5.1 channel input, go to this type. I understand that HDMI sound would still override this option, but it is better Bitstreaming sound with optical port and until they can afford to make a newAmp
Note - You must set the speaker output inside the player menu, as the process bypasses the decoding Amp
